If you are looking for handphones or Ipads without any subscription plans, this shop could well be the cheapest in Klang Valley.
It is worthwhile to check on prices here before buying your handphone as it could be Rm200 cheaper than elsewhere. I understand they sell at wholesale prices.
Unlike many handphone shops, this shop has a nondescript entrance. In fact, I passed by the street many times but have never noticed the shop. The shop name is Ekvovest. It is also called DirectD and its address is No 64, Jalan SS 15/4B Subang Jaya,Selangor (Big Samsung Mobile Phone Signboard). It is hard to find the shop as you drive along the road. Look out for the Samsung sign boards. Can you spot the shop?

The prices are very attractive. RM1199 for a black Samsung Galaxy S3 handphone, and RM1299 for most of the other colors. That was in March 2013. For a list of updated prices, refer to http://www.lelong.com.my/samsung-galaxy-sl-i9003-lowest-price-guaranteed-ready-stock-95884889-2012-02-Sale-P.htm
Expect a crowd and it is normal to wait for your turn to be served. In fact, when I was there, this family from Kelantan was there buying a few handphones.
Also, be warned that parking there can be horrendous. You can park in front of the shop as they reserve the carpark lot. Double-parking is also common.
I bought a Samsung S3 and later, went back to buy an Ipad v4. No problems with both of them.
They can even transfer the contact list from your old handphone. Mine was a very old HTC phone. :)
And for Samsung phones, if you opt for their shop warranty, instead of Samsung warranty, you get RM100 off.
Do watch their notice board as they can offer cheaper prices for some colors of the same handphone model.
Alternatively, you can buy online (see above lelong website) and they ship to you.

By the way, if you do drive there, do pop next door for Uncle Seng's noodles. This is a favorite haunt of students and some Indonesian students "tar-pau" the noodles back to Indonesia for their friends. Big helpings of noodles at better prices. :)
